Software Developer
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or a completion of a college program in
computer science;
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of software fundamentals, including software design,
algorithm development, data structures, code modularity, and maintainability;
- 2+ years of progressive software development experience.
Duties
- Write, modify, integrate and test software code for the digital platform;
- Design and implement software solutions to meet customer requirements;
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging, ensuring high-quality deliverables;
- Ability to generate and articulate new ideas; adapt effectively to new technologies.
User Experience Designer
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in web design, graphic design, or a related field;
- Proficient in visual design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, InVision, and Sketch;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed design
decisions.
Duties
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for web and mobile applications;
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs;
- Create design guidelines, style guides, and design patterns to maintain consistency across
various platforms;
- Work closely with developers to execute designs and ensure technical viability.
