What is ForXPair?
A digital platform for Forex traders: AI-powered analytics, live trading strategies and a full set of trading tools, all running on your own MetaTrader 5 account.
Which brokers can I use?
Any broker that offers MetaTrader 5. You connect your MT5 account number and server in a few steps.
Do I need to install anything or run a VPS?
No. You connect your MT5 account in the browser and ForXPair places the trades from its servers. Your computer can be off.
How long does it take to start?
Most people are running their first strategy in under ten minutes: create your account, connect MT5, switch on a strategy.
Your money and your account
Do you hold my money?
No. Your trading account stays with your own broker, in your name. ForXPair is software: it places trades on your account under permission you grant and can revoke at any time. We can never withdraw from your account.
Can I stop a strategy at any time?
Yes. Each strategy has its own switch, and one master switch pauses all of them on an account.
Can I use an account that already runs on another platform?
No. Each MT5 account can run on one platform only, so two systems never trade the same account at once.
Strategies and risk
Are profits guaranteed?
No. Trading leveraged products carries a significant risk of loss, and past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Use the limits to keep risk at a level you're comfortable with.
Will my results match the strategy figures?
Not exactly. Your results depend on your broker, account size, settings and timing.
What limits can I set?
A lot multiplier, a daily loss limit and a profit target, per account. When a limit is hit, the strategy pauses for the rest of the day on that account.
Plans
Which plan should I choose?
Three plans are coming: Single Strategy, Multi Strategy and All Access. Plans and pricing will be announced at launch.
Can I upgrade or pay for longer?
Yes. Upgrade at any time and pay only the difference for the days left. Paying for 3, 6 or 12 months saves 5%, 10% or 15%.
Are fees refundable?
Service fees are non-refundable, as set out in our terms of use.
